Why there is no contact form
This is a health site, so we keep it simple on purpose. A contact form would mean storing your messages on our server. Email keeps the choice — and the record — in your hands. We read every message, though it may take a few days to reply.
What we can help with
- Reporting an error, an unclear explanation, or an outdated source on any page
- Broken links or technical problems with the site
- Suggestions for tests or topics you would like us to cover
What we cannot help with
- Interpreting your results. We are not able to tell you what your specific numbers mean — that requires your medical history, which only your own doctor has.
- Medical advice of any kind. Please talk to your doctor, or if you are worried something is urgent, call your local emergency number.
For your own privacy, please do not include personal health details, test results, or identifying medical information in your email. Email is not a secure channel for health information, and we cannot act on it anyway.
